Police knew they had a problem on their hands when they found Sean Payne outside of Shamrock Pub in Humble, TX on Thursday. Payne was so wasted, that police had to hold his head up during his mugshot, thus explaning that priceless photo. The Shamrock Pub Facebook page explains what contributed to Payne's downfall: It was "Big Ass Beer" night, with Jager Bombs going for $3.75.
Police should've given Payne a copy of his mugshot for novelty purposes, as well as a reminder not to get that wasted ever again.
