Watching the news to stay up on the latest with Hurricane Sandy can grow tiring. To easily track the storm, Google has developed a special Crisis Map that shows the Sandy's path, as well as other layers of useful information like the storm's current location, a forecast track, active emergency shelters, and a weather radar to show how much rain is coming down.

Google has also made a specialized Crisis Map for the New York City area that shows evacuation zones, evacuation centers, storm surge probability, Red Cross emergency centers, and even live web cams.
