Police in Washington, D.C. are searching for the culprit who stole a man's cell phone. Strangely, the thief is probably 7-years-old. The incident went down at a McDonald's in Northeast D.C., and the victim claims that a group of boys between the ages of 7 and 14 accosted him. The man took out his cell phone to call police, and that's when one of the youngest boys snatched it and ran off.
