Lucy Hale cuts a striking figure, but the Pretty Little Liars star has had to make sacrifices for it. The 23-year-old used to starve herself.
"I’ve never really talked about this, but I would go days without eating,” she says in the September issue of Cosmopolitan. “Or maybe I’d have some fruit and then go to the gym for three hours.”
Alas, she couldn't keep up that type of lifestyle and made changes.
"I knew I had a problem,” she said. “It was a gradual process but I changed myself.”
Good. We wouldn't want her on the Adriana Lima diet or anything.
