The "American dream" is real. You know how we're convinced? Because you can buy and sell it. 29-year-old Shane Butcher is selling all of his earthly possessions—his "entire life"—on eBay for a modest $3.5 million. If you want to spend three-and-a-half Ms on the "American dream," go right ahead.

Here's a list of what Butcher is selling:

3 R.U. Game? video game stores in Tampa, Brandon and Gainesville, as well as their webstore. A two-bedroom townhouse on Tampa Bay

So, there you have it—everything, except for his wife, kids, and dogs. If you're wondering why he's selling his "life," he explains it like this: "If you build a castle, it's awesome to sell it and then start building another one, hopefully bigger and better."

Also, the listing is a private add, not an auction.  The items will be sold to the first person willing to give up that $3.5 million. So, yes, you can put a price on life.
