Some good news for AT&T customers with multiple data-hungry devices: the company's Mobile Share program, which allows you to split your data plan between your smartphone, tablet laptop and other devices, becomes available August 23.

On top of a monthly data fee ($40 for 1 GB all the way up to $200 for 20 GB) and a fee for your base smartphone, Sharing data will cost you $10 extra per month for tablets, $20 for a laptop and $30 for an additional non-smartphone.

Verizon launched its own data sharing solution earlier this year.
