12-year-old Dejamon Baker was tased by police inside of a Victoria's Secret in St. Louis, MO, last week. Police say the girl was "physically interfering" as they tried to arrest her mother, Charlene Bratton, who had multiple warrants for outstanding parking tickets.
Baker, Bratton, and a third, unidentified female were all arrested, though Baker was the only one who was tased. Baker was left with small wounds to her chest and her stomach, but her mother plans to have the ordeal investigated. Both Baker and her mother maintain that the girl threatened the officer in any way.
Really? Turning the Taser on an unarmed 12-year-old?
