52-year-old Clark Tabor was arrested for making criminal threats during a viewing of The Dark Knight Rises in Norwalk, CA on Sunday. At 5 p.m., deputies arrived at the AMC Norwalk 20 cineplex following complaints that a man began yelling "I should go off like in Colorado," and asking "Does anybody have a gun?" when the film did not start on time.

Once a security guard saw Tabor on his knees with a backpack, it was a wrap. He was arrested, but a search of his bag, the theater and the immediate area did not produce a weapon. Not only were Tabor's comments in poor taste, they're a quick way to get your ass kicked.
