Just two days ago, we told you about Boston police finding five students bound together and covered in various unfriendly condiments near Boston University (on Easter, nonetheless). We warned you all not to be surprised if criminal charges were filed, and that's exactly what authorities are calling for.
Alpha Epsilon Pi, the offending organization, is not sanctioned by Boston University. The school says that any students identified as responsible for the hazing could face suspension or expulsion.
Local police, who said the kids looked haunted and hollow, are seeking charges against 14 people, and they're pushing for charges of "hazing, failure to report hazing, and assault and battery." This scenario occurred in the wake of the Dartmouth incident, i.e. horrible timing.
