A mere week after getting busted on a DUI charge, Amanda Bynes was back in the clubs again.
According to TMZ, she drove herself to the Chateau Marmont and Greystone Manor in LA, where she was seen texting while driving, and backing over a curb.
A source told PEOPLE that Bynes has been in something of a downward spiral for the past few years. "She hit a wall personally and professionally [in 2008]," said the source. "I think she's been a little lost since then."
