Square Enix announced this morning that Theatrhytm, a Final Fantasy-themed music game for the 3DS, will be coming to the US this summer.
In the game, players will use the 3DS' touchscreen to tap along to some the FF series' orchestral scores, presumably while fighting to save the world from evil. The game will include over 70 songs picked from every Final Fantasy.
The game doesn't want to stray too far from its RPG roots, the game will supposed include hidden characters and collectibles. If you're a Final Fantasy fan or prone to listening to video game soundtracks, I don't think this is a game you'll want to pass up.
