Charlie Sheen's ex wife, Brooke Mueller, plead guilty to cocaine possession (less than four grams) in order to avoid jail sentencing. In exchange for a guilty plea, the judge will dismiss charges of felony cocaine possession with intent to distribute and misdemeanor assault charges. Instead, Brooke will receive 12 months probation and must continue attending rehab.
If she successfully completes rehab and complies with the conditions of probation, the cocaine possession and assault charges will be expunged from her record.
Sounds like a pretty sweet deal. Shouts to her lawyer.
