There are plenty of Minecraft clones out there by now, and the sad fact is most of them are crap. Yetthey don't all have to be—even Jeb (the guy who took over for Notch) has said he can't wait to see how other developers build on the game's formula and aesthetic.
With that in mind, this fan-made trailer for Cube World makes it look like it might improve on Minecraft in all the right ways. You can read more about it at the dev's website and follow them on Twitter for more updates.
