While Lorne Michaels' NBC sketch show Saturday Night Live has admittedly had its ups and downs over the course of its 37 seasons, it's hard to argue against a program that's picked up 32 Emmy Awards over the years (in addition to holding the title of most nominated show in history), and launched the careers of just as many comedians, who would continue on to dominate screens big and small after gracing the SNL stage.

From Mike Myers to Tracy Morgan to Conan O' Brien (who's penned scripts in the past), the list of Hollywooders whose roots you can trace back to the program is as massive as ever, and only continuing to grow as the likes of Kristen Wiig, Andy Samberg, and others begin to explore new mediums. Though SNL star John Belushi, who regrettably overdosed in 1982, isn't around to celebrate what would have been his 63rd birthday, we've decided to pay special homage to the one of the show's all-time greats with a breakdown of The 25 Best Saturday Night Live Cast Members of All Time.
