Yesterday's business with Ocean Marketing and Penny Arcade, in which the latter called out the former's President for being a complete douche bag to customers, wasn't pretty, but it wasn't undeserved, either. It seems in every way that Paul Christoforo had it coming.
Now he's apologized to Penny Arcade's Mike Krahulik (Gabe), saying “You have the power Mike Please make it stop,” and "I just wanted to apologize for the way our emails progressed I didn’t know how big your site was and I really didn’t believe you ran Pax," and even reminding Gabe that he has a wife and son.
Well, he probably shouldn't have implied that he could get one of the most powerful forces in the gaming world whacked by the Mayor of Boston. Gabe's response goes from epic to slightly disturbing: "I spent my childhood moving from school to school and I got made fun of everyplace I landed," he says. "When these assholes threaten me or Penny Arcade I just laugh. I will personally burn everything I’ve made to the fucking ground if I think I can catch them in the flames."
