If you're one of those unfortunate, basement-dwelling souls who lives without a window in their quarters, you know how dispiriting the absence of natural light can be. A lack of windows can turn a quirky, improvised living space into a claustrophobic prison camp pretty quickly (we've been there!). That's why Makoto Hirahara came up with Bright Blinds.
Bright Blinds are backlit blinds designed to simulate the effect of sunlight streaming through a window. While their electric glow won't replace the life-giving light of the sun, hanging them up in an isolated room should brighten things up in more ways than one.
