Houston police were called to remove a man that had passed out in a Whataburger. They also discovered two of his friends, who had the misfortune of having Soma and hydrocodone pills on them. Their unconscious friend was taken to the hospital, and they were arrested and thrown in the back of a police car.
During the drive home, officers noticed that the woman-Tina Marie Arie-had vanished. They pulled the car over, only to find her topping Howard Windham off in the backseat of their cruiser.
