BioWare and EA have already announced the official release date for Star Wars: The Old Republic so we guess it is officially time for the hype train to leave the station. December is approaching fast and if a trailer such as the one above can’t get you excited for the Old Republic, nothing can.
It is kind of funny that while the original creator of the Star Wars saga continues to bastardize the franchise it takes a company such as BioWare to give the IP a little bit of dignity. This year, we can finally take matters into our own hands and re-write the history of the Star Wars galaxy in a manner that will undoubtedly be way better than Lucas has done over the past 20 years (re-releases and prequels).
