Director Simon West must be puffing on a celebatory stogie after hearing that Chuck Norris, Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Jean-Claude Van Damme have been added to The Expendables 2 cast. It's every action aficianados dream made real, in true campy fashion, but for fans of the highly anticipated sequel there's an added bonus of awesomeness to the mix: A mano y mano battle between Sylvester Stallone and Jean-Claude Van Damme.
To say that these two weren't a part of some of the biggest brawls in the late-eighties to mid-nineties is an understatement. To see these two in the ring, so to speak, is something that has kicked the octane level in The Expendables 2 up a few notches. Sly is looking to give all those down-and-out fight heroes some shine time, as he recently told Entertainment Weekly that he wants to get John Travolta and Nicolas Cage for some Face/Off frenziness.
Our question to all of you guys out there is this: Has Sly Stallone and co. bitten off more than they can chew? If not, who else would you like to see face-off on the big screen? Share your thoughts in the comments section below. The Expendables 2 is in development and also stars Randy Couture, Terry Crews, Jet Li, and possibly Donnie Yen. They are aiming for an August 17, 2012 release.

I hope in the sequel, there will be more amazing fight scenes. It would be good if they also include Jackie Chan, Steven Seagal, Michael Jai White, Kurt Angle and Bill Goldberg.
