Looks like Family Guy is getting a touch of class in April 2012. That's because Oscar-winning actress Cate Blanchett will reportedly voice a character on an episode to air next year.
No details on just what role Blanchett will fill, but let's just assume it will play off her Australian accent. Because Family Guy is animated, and that takes so long to produce, the show is filmed very far ahead; hence this announcement coming a year early.
