The actress told Indiewire, "More likely than not I'll be doing that this summer...they're getting production set up now." With shooting scheduled in Texas, the Kristoffer Aaron Morgan-directed tale stars Brian Cox (The Bourne Supremacy), Louise Fletcher (Cruel Intentions), Fionnula Flanagan (Four Brothers) and the legendary trio of Cloris Leachman, Louis Gossett Jr. and Ed Asner.
The story unfolds when a firefighter is sent to a secluded nursing home to recuperate after a failed rescue attempt leaves him physically and emotionally scarred. The elderly residents appear to suffer from delusions, and soon the hero realizes that it's more than hallucinations causing screams behind the home's walls. Who Rodriquez will play is unknown but it's safe to say that it won't be yet another tough-as-nails soldier. Or will it? We really hope not.
The Home, which is being produced under Robert Rodriguez's Troublemaker Studios imprint, will let loose its twisted, monstrous nightmare soon as production is scheduled to begin this summer.
