Rising Danish pop duo AyOwA—aka Nicolai Kornerup and Hannah Schneider—are preparing to drop their brand new EP, Farvel (due May 2018 via Music For Dreams), and today they're unveiling "Insomnia"—the project's lead single.
The new track builds on their electronic foundations and adds to that some acoustic elements as they go full Scandi darkness. Fans of the wave of bleak Nordic dramas will be pleased to find that same cold, stark outlook is very much alive in AyOwA's music as they merge ice-cold electronics with some genuinely moving moments.
