Sweater Beats has spent the better part of 2017 on the road and sprinkled a few tunes throughout, so when he drops something new you know it's a big deal. His latest release is arguably one of the biggest of his career, as he links up with rising talent Hayley Kiyoko for "Glory Days." The two of them having been teasing the collaboration as of late, and even recently performed it live:

"Glory Days" is an uplifting performance that plays up a theme of worrying less about making a mistake and doing more to make life fulfilling.

"It's OK to get a little irresponsible 'cause we're making up the blueprint as we go/Yeah we're on our way to the glory days/It's OK to live a little bit of life you see 'cause tomorrow isn't guarantee/Yeah we're on our way to the glory days," Kiyoko sings over Sweater's soaring production.

"'Glory Days' is super special to me, I’ve never made a song quite like it before," Sweater Beats told Complex via email. "I think this song bridges my SoundCloud roots into the pop world. And I’m so glad I got to work with Hayley Kiyoko and turn it into a smash. We’re coming out swingin’ representing for Asians!"
