With artists such as Fetty Wap, Young Thug and Migos on their roster, 300 Entertainment has established themselves as a visible member of the recording industry. Upon entering the label’s website, visitors are greeted with the tagline, “F*** The Cake, We Want The Bands. An Independent American Record Label.”

Thanks to the #Freestyle50 Cypher promotion, an aspiring MC may have their chance to pocket some of those aforementioned bands. The label is offering $10,000 and a record deal to the winner of the competition.

Migos are scheduled to perform, and Kevin Liles, London on da Track are also slated to appear. Viewers can watch the competition live from Atlanta.

The potential winner of the competition will likely find themselves among familiar company, as the cypher will be broadcast live via a YouTube stream. T Wayne, another 300 Entertainment signee, owes at least part of his discovery from the viral success of his “Nasty Freestyle,” which began as a Vine video. Kevin Liles, one of 300 Entertainment’s co-founders, has previously listed YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud and Beats as just a few of the streaming services the company used to identify emerging talent.

"Everybody got a freestyle, I don’t want somebody working for me if the ain’t freestyling," Liles noted in a recent interview with Complex about #Freestyle50. "Don’t tell me what you used to do, what do you do? Don’t tell me who you used to work for, don’t tell me what this person used to produce for."
