Never say that Justin Bieber isn't a man of the people. The Biebs is currently in the midst of the European leg of his Purpose World Tour, and is playing three dates at Manchester Arena in the UK. After his show Tuesday night, Bieber decided to meet up with some fans. He started with the Manchester Storm ice hockey team, whom he surprised at practice.
After hanging out and skating around with the team, Bieber decided to pop over to Tiger Tiger nightclub for it's weekly student party night Taboo. Rather than just hanging in the V.I.P. section, Bieber was seen all over the club, hanging out with students and taking selfies.
