Salma Slims comes through on Monday to premiere her new EP, Ghetto Girl Dream, featuring six new tracks that stake her claim to her rightful place in rap.

The self-described First Lady of Private Club Records kicks things off with the Richie Souf-produced title track that lays out her Atlanta upbringing and dream of wanting the finer things in life as the blustery beat sets the perfect stage for her steely vocals. "100 Racks" keeps the theme of that aspirational hip-hop life going strong with a production assist from J Reid and Kip as Salma slams labels for telling her to "dumb it up." If you had any doubt, Salma has her "eyes on a million," which she lets everyone know on the third track that goes extremely hard. Her Private Club Records affiliate Madeintyo jumps on "Raffs" before Salma caps everything off with the whistle-heavy warning to a guy with a girlfriend who has been hitting up her phone.

"I just wanted to have fun on this Project," Salma told Complex over email. "K Swisha and Richie Souf gave me all fire beats so I had to go ten toes in the booth; it's only right. I appreciate Complex for helping me live a Ghetto Girls Dream."

Ghetto Girl Dream drives Salma's raw and genuine dream home to the point where you can almost hear her persistence paying off as each track seamlessly slides into the next, leaving her fans with an easy collection of blood-pumping bangers by the project's end.
