Drake is finally getting to check out the views from the top. The Canadian rapper's track "One Dance" will reach number one on the Canadian Hot 100 this week, according to Billboard. It's hard to believe, but this will be Drake's first ever solo No. 1 track in his home country. Previously, his blockbluster track “Hotline Bling” peaked at No. 3. The victory will also mark the first Canadian number one for the song's features WizKid and Kyla.

The track is also currently No. 1 in the UK. The chart-topping moment earned Drake his first solo chart-topper in the country just earlier this month. Unfortunately, Drake has yet to earn this title in the U.S. Back in 2015, he made a big push to get "Hotline Bling" to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 Chart in the US. It was never able to reach the top spot and peaked at No. 2. Still, the success of "One Dance" in the UK and now his home country can only mean good things for the single. It might just be time for Drake to secure the No. 1 spot in the U.S. Only time will tell, but keep an eye on the charts when VIEWS drops later this week on April 29.
