Now that Drake's long-awaited album, Views From the 6, has a release date of April, it looks like Drizzy and company are getting ready to announce something big for the summer. According to Ebro, who works at both Hot 97 and Apple Music, that something is actually a tour with J. Cole that could be revealed as early as this week. Ebro didn't go into full details about the possible tour, but said that he heard a solid rumor that it's in the works.
Seeing that Drake usually announces the OVO Fest lineup around this time, it would make perfect sense if they rolled out the tour plans as well. Cole and Drake last hit the road together during the Club Paradise tour in 2012, but they performed together as recently as this past summer during Cole's homecoming show in North Carolina. Nothing regarding the possible tour been confirmed by either side, but we'll continue to update as more details are made available. Ebro talks about the tour at the 8:50 mark of the show below.
