Justin Bieber Sets a New Official Singles Chart Record With "Love Yourself"

Bieber's doing it big in The UK too.

Justin Bieber’s accolades he’s received so far from Purpose are extraordinary. He's broken Spotify's first week streaming record, and "What Do You Mean?" is double platinum." Now, he can add another record-breaking statistic for his single “Love Yourself” on The UK’s top songs complied by the Official Charts Company.

“Love Yourself,” which is co-written by Ed Sheeran and produced by Benny Blanco, is No. 1 again this week with 102,000 copies sold. At No. 2, is his other single “Sorry.”

Bieber holding the No.1 and No. 2 top spots consecutively for four weeks has set a new Official Singles Chart record. The previous artists who had the record was The Beatles at No. 1 and No. 2 in 1967-1968 with “Hello, Goodbye” and their EP Magical Mystery Tour for three weeks.

The remain songs in the top 5 are Adele’s “Hello,” Grace and G-Eazy’s “You Don’t Own Me,” and Bieber’s “What Do You Mean.”
