Chance the Rapper is currently wrapping up a legendary year. Even with all the success, the rapper never takes his mind off helping his hometown of Chicago. Today, Chance appeared on Chicago's WGCI Morning Takeover show to announce that he's launching the "Warmer Winter" initiative, which will set out to raise $100,000 to help over 1,000 homeless Chicago residents get coats for the winter.
Chance also talked about his relationship with Jay Z, and how special it was that Hov came out with Beyoncé and watched his show in New York City. Aside from typical business talk, Chance said that Jay gave him some advice on being a father and even suggested some movies to show his kid. Chance is also already in the holiday spirit, as he sang Donny Hathaway's "This Christmas" during the interview at the 24-minute mark.
