Del tha Funkee Homosapien's been busy. Since 1990, the Oakland-born rapper has been consistently churning out music. His sophomore solo effort No Need For Alarm holds a place on our 90 Best Rap Albums of the '90s, and judging from the self-produced surprise album he dropped at the beginning of 2014 called Iller Than Most, he doesn't plan on taking a break anytime soon.
Episode 10 of Jason Goldwatch's offbeat series, Time Alone, features Del probing himself for the truth on perennial mysteries including "What the fuck is up with your stupid name?" and "When you go to bed at night, what do you ask yourself?" Apparently, passing out on one's equipment isn't prime for self-reflection. Check out the video here.
