Chance The Rapper has been forced to cancel his set at the Hangout Music Festival due to illness. Chance was scheduled to perform tonight at 7:15, but will instead be replaced by a second set from Moon Taxi. The three day festival in Alabama includes performances from Wiz Khalifa, The Black Keys, and OutKast.
