Katy Perry usually never disappoints with her videos, and it looks like her latest for "Birthday" delivers as well. In this video we see Katy dressing up in disguises as various characters that help make up for some of the worst birthday parties of all-time. She eventually turned it up with her Prism-track serving as the soundtrack for the horrible birthday festivities, but we do have to admit, Katy pulls off the old stripper look quite nicely.
