Justin Bieber covers the May issue of Teen Vogue. The cover line is: Justin's Crazy Year. And it's true; Bieber has had some ups and downs from his break-up with Selena Gomez to possible battery charges to being in the headlines for smoking weed. He's been through it all.

Let us not forget that Bieber is a 19-year-old phenom who can look at someone the wrong way and make the cover of a gossip magazine. Anyway, Bieber assures fans: "I know who I am and I am very much in control," which is slapped right under the cover line of the issue.

When asked why he hasn't addressed many of the rumors surrounding him, Bieber put it down plain and simple:

“I don’t need to address every speculation. Remember when Cam’ron dissed Jay-Z? Jay-Z didn’t even respond. Why didn’t he respond, because he’s Jay-Z.”

Sorry Biebs, Jay did respond. "It's such a ploy...N****s is holding press conferences behind [the diss record]. The MC in me is like, 'That's too easy [to come back at him.]' That's not even a good diss record," Jay told MTV in 2006. "That shit is trash, Cam's shit is not artistic. There's nothing good about it. Everything about it is an obvious ploy to get attention."
