Kanye West's lawyer released a statement today to AllHipHop.com about his sex tape that is currently being shopped around and could be sold for millions of dollars. Earlier this week, an image from the tape, along with details of its contents, was posted online. And now, Kanye's lawyer, Lisa M. Buckley of Pryor Cashman, says the images and the actual sex tape were stolen from his computer.

Buckley writes, “Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West’s computer." She adds, “Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West’s rights of privacy and publicity."

Buckley also firmly states, “We hereby demand that you: (1) immediately cease and desist from posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and disseminating the illegally obtained Screen Shot of Mr. West.”
