If nothing else, Grimes certainly has a unique aesthetic. The Canadian songstress unveiled the new music video for “Genesis” today and it is out there. The self-directed video finds Grimes and co-star Brooke Candy hanging out in the desert with snakes, flaming swords and some of the tallest platform shoes known to man.
The visuals accompany “Genesis,” the lead single from Grimes’ breakout Visions, out now on 4AD/Arbutus. Watch the “Genesis” music video above.
