Last week, we showed you a photo of50 Cent meeting Oprah Winfrey. Despite some rumors about 50 and Oprah were not getting along, the latest episode has surfaced of Oprah’s Next Chapter featuring a candid interview of the rap star.
Fif is the latest artist to appear on the episode that focuses on enlightening, in-depth conversations. In the segment, 50 Cent invites Oprah to his grandparent’s home where he often visits. He opened up on some of his childhood memories and talks about the difficult times growing up.
They also speak on Oprah’s swipe at rap music that specifically commented on hip-hop artists who use it to degrade others. She asked 50 why he dimissed her take on hip-hop. He explained that she was targeting him as the sole example of what’s wrong with the hip-hop culture. Watch the rest of the interview below.
