UPDATED 10:26 p.m. ET: TMZ caught up with Tomi Lahren at LAX to ask her about the Instagram story where she said she kicked her dog five times. The media personality claimed she was kidding about all of that.
"I don't think everyone's upset: I think people are pretty logical and they understand it was a joke," she told the cameraman while adding that she actually loves her dog.
When the interviewer noted that people were offended, Lahren laughed it off and chalked it up to being a "slow news day." Watch the TMZ run-in below.

There are seemingly endless reasons to hate the lumpy blonde vat of mayonnaise known as Tomi Lahren, but the Fox contributor decided to add another one to the list: kicking dogs. It’s bad enough that everything Lahren says is garbage, but hey, why not throw in some animal abuse?
As The Wrap points out, Lahren admitted to kicking her dog Kota during a “Fox 7 Friends” appearance in a video she shared to her Instagram story. “Why don’t you tell the world what you were doing during my entire 'Fox & Friends' hit,” Lahren says in the video. “Oh I know, chewing on her damn bone as loud as she possibly could. So I had to kick her about five times during the show.”
Her dog seems to be fine with no obvious signs of harm, but animal abuse—particularly the kicking of God’s most angelic creatures—is no laughing matter. Kota deserves to chew on her bones sans punishment. Dog-loving humans across the Internet responded to Lahren’s video by understandably asking if "dog abuse" is listed in her job description.
Lahren has had a pretty busy 2018, full of being awful. So far the talking head has made some transphobic comments about democratic Rep. Joseph P. Kennedy III, insulted Jay Z, and continues to be criticized by Parkland, Florida survivors for her pro-gun comments on the tragic shooting that took place last month. Oh, Tami. You'll never change, will you?
