A lot of people have written the Hamptons off as a played out party town (here are ten reasons why it's still cool) but Beyoncé and Jay Z have never been ones to follow the crowd. According to the New York Post, the Carter family is looking for a new home there and recently checked out this nice estate at 466 Further Lane.
The 6,500-square-foot home has four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, two acres of land, four "outbuildings," a gym, apple orchard, and just about everything else that Blue Ivy would want in a vacation pad. It's not on the beach, which is how most people picture the Hamptons, but it is a gorgeous family home with lots of space to entertain. You have to call the brokers to get the asking price, but the Post says that it is selling for $25 million. The home is beautiful and we hope they buy it so we can drool over more of their perfect family photos on Bey's Tumblr in the future.
