Offset Proposed to Cardi B and She Said Yes

Wow. After multiple rumors circulating it’s finally happened. Offset got down on bended knee and proposed to Cardi B at Power 99's Powerhouse in Philadelphia. Concertgoers caught the cuteness on camera and shared the couple’s very special moment on social media.
