In a project titled Pantone Food, Belgium-based art director and photographer Alison Anselot has matched up edible arrangements with visible chromatic shades. Placing food in the center of the frame, her compositions are laid out to compare various dishes with the appropriate backdrop of Pantone color swatches. From this series, we can now try to match up our own food based on the Pantone standardization of color. Nerdy, much? Sure, why not.
