Why Multiple Rappers Drop Albums Same Day, Why Talented Artists Get Overlooked | Everyday Struggle

On Wednesday’s (Feb. 27) episode of #EverydayStruggle, Nadeska, Wayno and DJ Akademiks open the show discussing the latest update surrounding YBN Almighty Jay’s felony grand theft case involving New Jersey rapper Skinnyfromthe9. Following the YBN Almighty Jay news, the crew gives their thoughts on Nick Diamond’s recent interview with Complex where he claims that Rick Ross called him one day interested in signing Tyler, The Creator. Nick reveals  his conversation with Ross took place shortly after the release of Tyler’s hit song “Yonkers.” Halfway through the episode, the EDS trio caters to their fanbase by answering several fan questions. Ak and Wayno give their input on topics regarding artists dropping projects on the same day, rappers having longevity in the game and being able to evolve their careers and speak on the rappers who are successfully able to incorporate different musical genres into their music.
