This weekend's Bumbershoot Music & Arts Festival saw some minor injuries and a schedule reshuffling thanks to a barricade collapse.

The incident occurred at the top of Jai Wolf's set, at which point he stopped performing as festival organizers for the Seattle event assessed the situation. Ultimately, it was determined that the performance could not continue.

"Saturday night at Bumbershoot Festival there was a steel barricade failure that resulted in several non-life threatening injuries," a festival rep said in a social media-shared statement. "Those injured were handled by on-site medical teams and further treatment was continued at an area hospital as deemed necessary. We are monitoring the situation and will update as we get more information."

The Seattle Fire Department confirmed that 25 people were evaluated following the collapse, with four ultimately transported in stable condition to Harborview Medical Center.

In a later statement, a festival rep said that a new barricade had been "installed and inspected" in the affected area ahead of the start of the third day of the festival. Wolf's set, meanwhile, was moved to Sunday with special ticket accommodations for those whose schedule was affected by Saturday's mishap.

"I'm so stoked to be back in Seattle but safety is our primary concern and we wanted to make sure that no one would be in any danger," Wolf said in a statement explaining the decision to call off the originally scheduled Saturday performance.
