Video: Talib Kweli f/ Curren$y & Kendrick Lamar "Push Thru"

Brooklyn hip-hop legend Talib Kweli returns today with the new music video for “Push Thru.” Scott Fleishman and Fredo Tovar direct the clip featuring Kweli and guests Kendrick Lamar and Curren$y hanging around their hometowns of New York, Los Angeles, and New Orleans. Kweli and Lamar’s footage is interspersed with powerful cityscapes and symbols of wealth and poverty in those cities.

“Push Thru” comes from Kweli’s sixth full-length, Prisoner of Conscious, due out this October via Blacksmith/EMI. Take a look at the evocative music video above.
