Hulu just landed a major deal in getting its namesake on Madison Square Garden's theater.

The Hollywood Reporter reports that the name of the historic New York City–based venue will be changed from The Theater at Madison Square Garden to The Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden.

"Hulu gives viewers access to all of the live and on-demand sports, news, family and entertainment content they love, so it is only fitting that we partner with one of the worlds best-in-class sports and entertainment venues," said Hulu's CMO Kelly Campbell in a statement, according to The Hollywood Reporter. "This new relationship gives us a unique presence in one of the largest and most important media markets, and we're proud to align with an iconic venue such as The Theater at Madison Square Garden."

The 40-year-old theater, which holds up to 5,600 people, is used for smaller, intimate events. This includes music concerts with big name artists, comedic stand-ups, boxing matches, and more. With this move, Hulu will also host its upfront, show premieres, and other TV and film events at the newly minted Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden as well.

While there are several streaming platforms out there in the world today, there aren't many who can say that their name is on an arena. This is definitely a win for Hulu.
