Anthony Anderson Mocks Tyrese's Infamous Crying Video

Anthony Anderson mocks Tyrese's infamous meltdown video at 49th NAACP Image Awards.

On Monday, the 49th NAACP Image Awards took place in Pasadena, California. The event was hosted by Black-ish star Anthony Anderson, who did his part in delivering some hilarious jokes to the audience. One of the more memorable ones came at the expense of Tyrese, who got roasted by Anderson for his now-infamous meltdown video

Anderson started off with a more sincere approach to the situation centered around Tyrese's custody battle for his daughter by saying, "I felt for him. What that video showed was a man's love for his daughter and what he would go through, the great lengths he would go through, to preserve that relationship and make sure that relationship didn't wane. So, that was not funny."

Don't be fooled though. The actor switched up his tone to a much more comical one immediately. "I'm lying. That was funny as hell," he said. He even started mocking the viral video, doing his finest Tyrese impression and telling the actor/singer he should have wiped that snot bubble off of his face. He also addressed the rumor that Will and Jada Pinkett Smith gave him $5 million following the incident, a gesture he felt was clearly unnecessary. "He ain't hurtin' from money," said Anderson. "Hell, he got Optimus Prime standing in his foyer." The jokes were pretty well received by the audience and internet alike.

If you have somehow managed to avoid the incredible Tyrese meltdown up to this point, it's definitely worth taking a look at down below. Try not to laugh too hard.
