That distinctly American process of someone saying something absolutely ridiculous with just enough volume to cause a response, only to then respond to the response with something even worse, is going swimmingly for Clueless star and Fox News contributor Stacey Dash. Dash, of course, fell into headlines earlier this week after outright calling for the dismantling of BET, Black History Month, and the NAACP Image Awards in the wake of the ongoing #OscarsSoWhite controversy.

Of course, a predictably huge amount of people are taking Dash to task for her incendiary remarks. However, in a fitting act of retaliation, no one is coming at Dash with quite as much hashtag-supported force as BET:

In a new essay pointedly titled "How BET Lies to Black People," Dash directly responds to BET's ongoing hashtag commentary with some decidedly inflammatory chunks of prose, including stuff like this:

"What’s next?  Awarding $1 million to the guy sitting in his pajamas on the couch watching Survivor?  Giving a blue ribbon to the kid who stayed home from field day?  Giving a Nobel Peace Prize to a President who escalated wars in Iraq and Afghanistan?

After citing some text from conservative outlet National Review, Dash then doubles down on her criticism of the network by essentially restating what she already said but in an even more offensive way:

"BET lies to American black people by telling them that the rest of America is racist, so stick close to your own kind. Anything that promotes segregation is bad!

As previously reported, Stacey Dash is most likely a troll. Do with that information what you will.
