Former Moesha star Marcus T. Paulk got caught pre-gaming before a Super Bowl party. Paulk, who played Brandy's brother on the show, was pulled over after driving too close to emergency vehicles that were responding to a routine stop in Scottsdale, Arizona. He blew a .109 and allegedly had a bag of marijuana in his possession. He admitted to drinking Hennessy earlier in the day.
TMZ reports that this is not the first scrape with the law that the actor, 28, has been involved in. He was arrested—but cut a plea—in 2013 for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend.
