Lisa Kudrow Thinks the Hacked Sony Execs Should've Known Better

Probably.

Lisa Kudrow wasn't a target of the Sony hack (at least, not yet), but she thinks the executives should have known better than to make comments like that over email. "How come I know you don't write anything you don't want broadcast in an email? How come I know that? Who's advising [these] people?" she said in an interview with HuffPost Live. She does have a point—if you really don't want anyone to repeat/screenshot/publish it, don't write it down. That's unfortunately how it has to be these days.

""It doesn't matter how many times [an email] says 'This is confidential, meant for just between the sender and the recipient,'" she said. "Why don't we know that there are no rules? Everything is broadcast and published. That's the part I just don't understand."

Sony Pictures co-chair Amy Pascal, whose emails featured largely in the leak, definitely has some damage control to do in Hollywood. She's since apologized for her remarks.
