Authorities in Virginia say they are now treating the disappearance of University of Virginia student Hannah Graham like a "death investigation." This comes along with their announcement of the discovery of a body in the same spot that a Virginia Tech's student's remains were found in 2010.

The 18-year-old has been missing since Sep. 13, when surveillance footage captured her walking past a Charlottesville, Va. gas station and through a mall. Jesse Leroy Matthew was arrested in Gilchrist, Texas late last month and charged in connection with Graham's disappearance. Police say Matthew, 32, has also been linked to the disappearance and death of 20-year-old Morgan Harrington in 2009.

Det. Sgt James Mooney of the Charlottesville Police Department told BBC News that the identification of the body will come after forensic tests are conducted by the state medical examiner.
